Both units were a bit difficult to get working properly. The rear mounted "on/off" switch had to be toggled a few times in order for the "night mode" to work. Had to take down and "reset" a three times in the month of use.

Using as exterior pathway lighting, works as expected. Downside is the "on/off" switch is mounted on the back, so not accessible after mounting on the walls.

Easy to install, i like the spin on nut with screws design. The drawbacks are all of the hoses are fixed and are not replaceable if need be. The pull down hose came coiled with three deep kinks in the line, could cause fatigue failure sometime in the future.

This braided hose is quite stiff to bend, not as flexible as major brands. Had to tighten both end fittings more than i liked to stop water from leaking. The gasket material are a little too hard, could be due to aged stock or low quality.

Great weatherproof box. Receptacle needs to be flush mounted to exterior wall for a good seal. Not so good on angled siding - will leave gaps requiring silicone filler.
