I'm very happy with my purchase of this desk; it's extremely sturdy, the motor-sound as it raises is minimal, and it extends in length very easily. It is well designed, and the setup instructions are very clear, simple, and well thought-out. I actually own two of them, I'm that impressed with them. Some times I have to press the programmed buttons that raise the desk more then once as the desk will stop raising in mid-action, but this is not a big deal to me. I'm happy with this desk! I did dock one star due to the fact that it was shipped to me using UPS, which in my opinion (and many experiences with their service) is the most unreliable shipping company in Canada. I live close to Lachine, Quebec where this ships from, however UPS delayed delivery for over 9 days with multiple false 'out for delivery by end if day' tracking details online that were cancelled later in the day after 9pm. Anyone in Canada who has used UPS a few times to receive packages will know what that can be like, long before any Covid19-related issues. In summary, this is a great, sturdy desk at a fair price, however, please be advised that there is more than a very strong chance UPS will most likely not deliver your package in the amount of time mentioned on the Prime Cables website.

Pleased with purchase, docked one point because I live one hour away from the depot where it ships from, yet it took eight days for it to arrive after it was shipped. My other purchases are currently lost by UPS. I'll review my other purchases if/when they arrive.
