One printer back on line. Another (same model running low & tonner full - needed drum) so kept order going! Company sent Moustache at no cost. Did not work last time, but courtesy appreciated. Then Company confirmed no OEM BROTHER 360 IN STOCK & WHOULD SHIP WHEN RECEIVED. FINALLY FRIDAY OCT 20TH IT WAS RECEIVED AND SHIPPED BY UPS! ARRIVED MONDAY OCT 23. NOW INSTALLED AND OPERATIONAL. STAFF WERE/ARE TO BE COMPLIMENTED! STUCK THRU THE MORASS WITH LEVEL HEADEDNESS AND COURTESY!! HOWRAH TO THEM! THEY SAVED A LING TERM CLIENT!!

I must say I was quite amazed by the affordable price of Brother DR-360 OEM Drum Unit for HL2040/2170W. I used to imagine getting a toner cartridge that would be able to yield up to 12,000 pages especially for a big business like the one am into, would be too expensive, but am glad a brother suggested I get this product and all worked to my advantage. Now I can reap even more returns from my business as the printing costs have been reduced. The free shipping is also something I really appreciated. Thank you very much.
