InkCartridges.ca had the most compatible price around for this printhead. Unfortunately, after I bought this printhead, my HP OfficeJet 7650 printer was still not printing properly. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue with HP service department, but to no avail. So, about 2 months after I bought this printhead I had to get rid of the printer, because it was still not functioning.

I'm not satisfied. Te Print head is not working. I called you and you said it'S HP and HP send me back to you and you send me back again to HP and now I'm jammed with a printer not Working and 100$ for nothing! Now I'm looking at "office de la protection du consommateur" to see what a can do to get back my 100$. I'm very unusatisfied!
