Great, works fine with my Brother printer. The package arrived safely and everything was easy to unpackage and install. The printing quality was great too, the ink is a little bit lighter than the original Brother Drum and Toner, and the quality difference is not too noticeable. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would continue to order from Shoppers in the future for my future printing supplies and requirements from the Moustache brand. I would recommend other shoppers to purchase this unit.

I have had to order this drum before for my printer and it worked very well. My printer accepted it no problem. I had ordered a different brand that was not a Brother but was compatible and it was broken right out of the box. The Moustache brand was much more durable and worked perfectly and a lot cheaper than purchasing a Brother Drum for my printer. I am very happy.

Nothing but problems with this drum. It is impossible to install the drum into the printer without the toner roller hitting the drum roller. This causes streaks when printing. The drum is not high quality and flexes excessively when reinstalling into the printer. It also does not go in without needing firm pressure. Waiting to see if Shopper+ will provide a warranty replacement.
