Although the free chip removal tool broke before I was able to remove the chip, we managed to break the old chip off the previous HP toner with pliers and place it on the new Moustache toner cartridge. We had no problems getting it to work and the quality of the toner is excellent/comparable to HP.

Bought this item for a second time. Easy to change the chip, great printouts. Lasts a long time. Once the colour fades, shake the cartridge carefully and you will get another 100+ pagers out of it.

The chip extraction tool broke when removing the chip from the OEM cartridge but I had a spare extraction tool form a previous purchase. Once Installed the cartridge works great.
