This battery has good form factor making it very portable and ideal for travel. Unfortunately this power bank does not work with my Pixel phone. When plugged in, it does not recognize and does not charge. Only positive is customer service was able to look after this issue for me.

Love this gadget. It has both C and lightning cables. I bought a few gave and gave it to my daughters.

Doesn’t work after charging it fully. What is worst is that I have to pay shipping back to shoppers+ for a product that doesn’t work. Makes me not want to shop here!

Poor design. Cannot plug most standard USB c cables into the side charging slot to charge unit. Instead can only use provided cable which is incredibly short.

The built-in connector is not very secure. Both connections only offer a slow charge.

The cable on the side works good... the USB-C to plug the phone into that sticks out of the top of the power bank is finicky and didn't stay connected to charge my phone...
