It's a smooth looking chair. The seat cushion feels soft & good enough. The head rest is a bit tall for me but since it's removable and can be tilt upwards it's not a big deal for me. The armrest with cushion in full arm length is so comfy. The manual didn't say much about the handle controls. It's pushing inward/outward to lock the tilt angle. I kept it in lock mode since it's much more quiet and stable. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

Comfy Chair. Been using it for a week now and i love it.

I was excited to buy the chair and even bought two so my husband could also use one. Within 4days of using the chair we both started experiencing terrible backaches. Very horrible chair. The worst part of it was when I reached out to support explaining the pain and since it stated free return I was asked if I still have the original package if not return was not possible. I thought I had found a good chair and of course had discarded the package. The company can not be bothered, I should rather suffer back pain than have the chairs returned. There is no warning on site to keep original package incase of return. No compensation offered other than I am stuck with 2 chairs that can not be used so now we are both back to our old chairs. Please be careful when dealing with this company is all I can say.

Although it it really nicely built and it looks good, it's very uncomfortable. My back was hurting after single day use. I had no issue returning it. The repacking felt like a puzzle. The reimbursement took no more than 2 days. I will deal with Shopper+ again.

A good chair for the price. Would be better if it could tilt back and stay in a more tilted position. It feels very upright. The headrest also doesn’t move up and down easily.
