Unlike other mandolines, it has a precision food grip that allows you to slice different shapes and sizes of food. It has three slice thicknesses and three different ways to grip the mandoline.

Precision Food Grip with 3 Styles of Grip

Use the pinch grip for small items such as radishes or garlic cloves; the centre grip for slicing rounds from carrots; and the flat grip for creating longer slices from foods such as courgettes. The non-slip tip and easy-grip handle ensure safe use.
