    Interesting timing. the order and shipping process was excellent. The product worked very well for a few weeks but recently it was generating an error message (502). The only way to clear the error message was to remove the colour cartridge. It seems now to have reset itself and the colour cartrdige appears to be working again. If this condition doesn't re-occcur I would certainly use your products again.

              Well, in reference to my comments on the black cartridge, this the one that went unusable after three prints.
