Arrived on time as expected however packages where crushed and open a little disappointed with that but the Ink will still work I hope.

I have ordered this same remanufactured cardtridge 3 times over the past two years Every time, the cartridge failed with various messages from my HP Photosmart 8450 printer. Returning the cartridge is too much of a problem (photo error message, package cartridge, ship it back, pay for postage) I ordered a true HP 100 gray from another site and it worked immediately. I would have ordered the hp 100 from 123inkcartridges but they were out of stock.
