This product is good quality and is working as expected. Delivery was very fast, less than 4 days. We had difficulty finding this product anywhere until we found 123Inks. Website was good and easy to navigate and purchase items. The price on this item is good and compares to most compatible cartridges. Overall I would give this product a very good rating and the purchase experience was very painless also. Paypal was used with no issues and there is this follow up survey.

the chip they add to the toner to make it compatible, does not allow the toner to fit in the printer properly. Ask for a replacement that did not have a raised chip. they sent another with a raised chip. same issue. got refund.

Great quality and great price

works great however there have been a couple that the printer did not recognize. so if you purchase a back up check it before the warranty runs out or it will not be replaced.
