At first I thought it was the wrong size but I had mistaken the cartridge holder in the printer for the cartridge, itself. I called the help line and the lady was as nice as could be and asked me to send a picture. In taking the picture, I realized my mistake and put the cartridge in properly and it works great! I find this company so easy to deal with.

I wanted a toner cartridge for my DELL printer and was advised to purchase the DELL X5011 New Compatible Black Toner Cartridge. I am actually glad I took the advice since the toner cartridge has done wonders to my printing. Not only does it produce clean, clear and consistent printouts, but has also helped me save on printing costs and printing paper since the toner cartridge has a high print out capacity and can be used to print up to 3000 pages that do not have any ink smudges. As such, I am quite content with this toner cartridge and will actually order for more.
