      Past purchases of these toner cartridges have always been of excellent quality with at least the rated number of copies - sometimes many more. HOWEVER the courier service on this purchase, while speedy, fell down in two areas - while a tracking number was provided, no actual tracking was provided by the courier company. The package just arrived with no warning and on letting the courier into my condo building he/she just dumped the package in the main floor lobby and left. Not impressed.
