I have ordered 6 cartridges from this company. While 4 of the cartridges worked fine, two of them were faulty. Customer service seemed focused on the fact that this was a compatibility issue even though 4 cartridges had worked perfectly. See the picture to see the print test of the two faulty cartridges. Ink cartridges can be unpredictable, they dry out, or can have other issues. I would not order from this company, as they do not stand behind their faulty products.

I am having great difficulty with the product, my printer keeps saying my cartridge is empty. I'm really not satisfied with the product.
