Pour la cartouche couleur c'était correct mais l'imprimante ne reconnaissaît pas la noire ça marquait toujours Empty mais après plusieurs interventions ça marque Full mais ça n'imprime toujours pas en noir mais en Gris.

I had used these cartridges in my HP printer for several years with few problems, however the last 3 black ink cartridges I bought were not accepted by the printer. I asked for an exchange, credit or refund on all 3 cartridges but only received a refund for 1 cartridge. A genuine HP60XL cartridge worked in my printer with no problems

Hi, I just purchase this cartridges a week ago and the printer was working really good, but eventually I got a failure on my printer, now the rod of the printers are not even grabbing the paper. Don't know what to do anymore. Please help if someone has the same problem. I have a HP Photosmart C4680 printer.

Par contre la cartouche d'encre de couleur refuse et cela même en suivant les étapes que vous suggérez... avec l'efface... débranché l'imprimante 20 sec... ou 2 heures... je l'ai même débranché 24 heures. Rien n'y fait... elle m'affiche le point d'exclamation m'avertissant que la cartouche est presque vide :-( Je suis déçue

Two cartridges I ordered did not work. I had ordered before and they were fine.
