Excellent! I write. Sharp clear print looks good on the page. As well, it does make the final editing process so much easier. The rapid product delivery process was a pleasant surprise. For years I have used Dell products, and purchased them for family members also. Practical, useful items are essential. I would recommend this Dell Series 24 New Compatible Black Ink Cartridge as it works in my printer/scanner set-up, and delivers quality results. This is my first experience with Shopper. I will be a repeat customer.

I have been using the black and color ink cartridges for a few years now. They work well with my Dell V715W printer. The delivery has always been prompt. I am satisfied with the customer support from 123 inkcartridge. There were two instances when the ink cartridge did not work as expected. The customer support person was very responsive. Instructions were provided to me to check / test the item. When the item was deemed defective, a replacement was delivered to me free of charge.

These cartridges work great and the Service representative was very helpful on the phone.. Fran Sainsbury

In addition to the black cartridge I also ordered the colour cartridge but I cannot get them to work on my printer. I have used them before. Could these be defective?
