I was advised that this is a replacement for 128A. I hope it will work when I will start using it which I anticipate will be mid this year.

It works well but the first one I received still showed the empty toner messaged. Had to have it sent back for warranty. That was a bit of back and forth with tech support before they finally replaced it. I'm undecided if I'd buy it again to be honest.

Customer service and delivery are definitely excellent. My problem is the squealing sound of the rolling mechanism of the toner. I've changed the toner again thinking it was one off, but it still makes a lot of noise while printing.

This time is not good quality, bought the same brand last year and it worked much better. I guess it's hit and miss with this product.
