First cartridge purchased left a grey background on all prints. Bought a replacement and the new cartridge worked fine. Only reason of buying the replacement is it 1/5 the cost of a Brother cartridge, so even with the defective toner cartridge I was still saving money.

The cartridge sent to me is much louder than the one that it replaced. Print quality is good, but the grinding noise is very annoying.

While the drum look exactly the same as the OEM, the toner cartridge isn't and does not fit well on the drum unit. The toner cartridge doesn't "click" into place and wants to pop out of the drum unit. It works but just does not instill confidence in the product.

the print comes out too light. Print quality is good but it's just too light. The beginning of the life of the tonor is like the end of the life of a tonor

I am less than pleased; TN360 compatibles have a reputation for leaks and once again, this fairly new one is no different. Perhaps its the design of these Brother printers.
