The reason I do not like it you open it up and ink comes out for no reason and goes all over think we should stick to original Cartridges there is no ink problems. GW Kube

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this product. While the ordering, shipping and payment part of the process went very well, the ink has not worked well in my HP 564 PhotoSmart printer. It keeps clogging the inkjets so that I have to run a cleaning program very frequently. This is not only time-consuming and frustrating, it also uses excessive amounts of ink and ends up costing as much as I would've ordinarily paid for and HP ink cartridge.
