Skeptical at first as the model number was different from the original, but I called to confirm it was compatible. It fits perfectly into place and performs just as the original cartridge, therefore am very pleased with the purchase. Will continue to order this as well as the color cartridge replacements.

J'ai des problèmes de "spots" d'encre noire quand j'imprime en couleur, mais je ne sais pas si c'est mes cartouches couleurs d'un autre fournisseur qui posent le problème ou cette cartouche. Au fur et à mesure du remplacement des cartouches je vais peut-être le découvrir.

Have ordered this product several times and it suits my printer well. It came sooner than expected which was much appreciated as I had run out of black toner.
