I like the connector but prefer the ones without the insert.

The cable insulation anchor on the back of the connector really doesn't hold onto CAT6 insulation very well. For whatever reason, the anchor is two separate pieces which are meant to pinch the wire from the sides. Overall, this doesn't work well on CAT6 and doesn't work at all on CAT5e. The connectors with the anchor going all the way along the connector as one piece are much better overall. If you can live with the connectors not clamping the cable well then they're fine, but for my purposes I'd prefer a different brand.
