The colors are vivid on photo paper and labels. I made the mistake of purchasing a Canon CL51 cartridge from Canon, thinking that I would be getting a larger color cartridge and greater yield in copies. I was wrong and it was unfortunately not compatible with my printer! It was an expensive mistake!

I trust Canon for all my printing projects! Be careful though of the size of the ink cartridge you choose! Bigger is not always better. I made the mistake of buying the CL51 for my Pixma printer, thinking that I would have more volume of ink to work with. However, my printer is only compatible with CL31 and CL41. It was an expensive lesson to learn!

My order arrived quickly after I got the “ink is running low” warning on my old Canon MP210. I print sheet music on occasion, and so it is important that the black notes be as crisp and dark as possible! Reliable product.

I always have an extra cartridge on standby. Works well with my Canon Pixma printer. I only wish that Canon made a larger size cartridge so that I didn’t have to replace it as often.
