ordered for my brother j650dw didn't require their use for 3 months when tried to insert into my machine they would not fit extremely disappointed says on box for my printer

The product says it is compatible with Brother printers MFC J475D and MFC J650D. In fact it did not fit either printer.

J'ai imprimé aucunes feuilles couleurs, à l'installation des cartouches, les réservoirs ne sont pas pleins! Encre noir : j'ai imprimé seulement 5 pages et le réservoir est presque vide! Très Étrange!!! Mes pages imprimés était 5 CV (pages de texte très standard). J'ai retiré la cartouche noir de votre compagnie et insérer une nouvelle cartouche Brother et j'ai pu continué à imprimer sans problème. Très déçu du produit!
