Capture Pro system works well, it's a good and secure option for your camera, however if you need to always switch from backack strap, belt or even tripod, then you will need some time to adapt it !

As far as the Capture PRO system, this works very well, good, secure, quick access to camera on my belt or backpack strap. However, I often need quick access to the tripod as well. I thought this system would be perfect as I use the RC2 Manfrotto plate, which this Dual Plate is designed to work with. It does not. It drops into place in the tripod head, but does not lock securely. The plate wiggles a lot in the tripod head and with 2-3 small movements the camera falls off of the tripod! Not good. The other benefit to this product was that the system itself can be screwed onto a tripod via the threads on the bottom of the Capture PRO device. However, even using this method the plate does not lock 100% steady into the system, even with the safety lock engaged fully. If I'm using my tripod, which I almost always am, I want the camera to be 100% steady and secure, no exceptions. I am also not willing to change plates as often as would be required. I rely on my tripod far too much.

I tried it with my 5dmark ii and 24-70mm, the pull from the weight of my camera was too much, but with the 6d with no battery grip then it feel much nicer, a 24-70mm that actually feel much better, so I highly recommend do not use this with battery grip, anyways, it felts fine !!
