Order arrived with some black cartridges that had leaked into their packaging. Contacted customer service and thankfully they sent replacements. Unfortunately more cartridges leaked before I'd gotten around to using them all (well within their stated shelf life time-frame). Price is great but doesn't compensate for the amount of cartridges I wasn't able to use or get replaced, doubt I'd order these again.

some of the cartridges won't set properly in the printer so the printer doesn't recognize it. You end up throwing it away in the end. When they do fit, the print quality sometimes lacks. I mean, I get lines on some of the prints.
