    Deux cartouches à prix économique (compatible) mais qui ont très mal fonctionné et très peu de temps avec le début de l'utilisation indiquait (remplacer la cartouche :( .... très loin de faire le nombre de copies prévues (je n'imprime que des documents simples sans image).

      I shall never buy this again, this is the worst replacement cartridge we had ever bought: the printed pages smudge all over, we all have black hands, kids cannot do a single printed out colouring page, the smell coming off of it while printed is overwhelming.

            I printed few copies and then it starts print ghost images. Working out with printer setup (paper thickness etc) without success. Shaking can give you only to good copies and then the ghosting comes back. It is 98% toner and sitting aside on the shelf now. Reinstalled my previous original Samsung cartridge with 0% toner and ghosting went away immediately that confirms the source of ghosting is the none compatible cartridge from that brand. Going to buy cartridges only from Samsung.

              I felt that I was short changed with this product, ordered it in Sept 2016, and it is only November 21/16 and already the print is fading and only just over half the number of pages printed. Normally, I get about 4 months of printing out of my cartridges. I print pretty much the same amount each time. Turned out to be more expensive rather than a saving. I am ordering the two pack in white box this time. Hopefully we will be better served with these.

                Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews .For the issue ,could you just try the following instructions please ?1. Take out the cartridge from your printer first and turn off your printer for a minute. 2. Please make sure all the sealing tapes are removed. 3. Shake your toner cartridge side to side gently 5-6 times. Shake slowly so the toner will shift to the side showing blank and make sure toner distributes evenly inside. Be sure to shake the toner cartridge gently. If you do not shake the cartridge gently, toner may spill out. 4. Turn your printer back on and reinstall the cartridge Sometimes this will happen when the toner is sitting upright position during delivery. All the toner powder was shift to one side. If you see improvement after the trouble shoot. and the problem reappear, just gently shake a few more times redistribute the toners evenly and should be okay.
