Works well with Canon 5D.

Puts out a lot of light. Nice features/construction. Only tried it briefly using E-TTL and I'm not yet convinced it's actually communicating PROPERLY with my Canon 6D. Seems to be decent for the money but don't think I'd buy another. More inclined to spend more and buy another Yongnuo, since I own three of them and am pretty happy with them.

It won’t suit the needs of a professional photographer but for an amateur it’s an excellent substitute to Canon gear at a nice price.
