    Made the magic smoke after only a few uses... Fire hazard!

        I got product. This is my 2nd time I bought cable first one was good still working second one i got faulty product i have requested refund or replacement but i have not got any reply from customer service

          these cables don't last, will stop working in a few months, ive had nothing but faulty cables replaced and replaced.

            Ordered the 2/pack option which ended up being 2 boxes with 1 each, misleading description. First time that Prime Cables has disappointed me.

              I bought 3 of these. Two of them are defective and one is flaky in cold weather. That's a 66% failure rate on this product for me.
