Does not work in our printer causing printer jams. We tried 2 different drum kits. Customer service at shoppers was quick but were unable to fix our problem so drums were returned.

I get really poor print quality with this drum unit. I even replaced the toner cartridge with a brand new one, and it still has faded/streaking ink on the paper. The attached image shows a portion of the printer test page that is supposed to have a solid dark grey around the printer icon.

Don't bother trying to save a few bucks, just get an actual brand name drum. I just installed this and it doesn't fit the printer properly, one side slides in farther than the other and one half of the page prints distorted. Im not ordering a legitimate brother drum, so no $$ saved here!
