Ordered two since it is very useful adapter while using older monitor with VGA connector only with and new laptop with HDMI connection only. The discounted price was very tempting, but out of two only one is working. Since this is a clearance item there is no return, so my saving has gone down the drain.

I couldn't use it for the purpose I wanted it for. Instead it worked well for a laptop which does not have VGA connections. I wanted to use it to connect a 3.5mm audio device to a TV which has only HDMI connections. It did work. If it is not meant for that it should have been clearly stated. Jo

Didn't work with my ps3 since it's 24 hz and my monitor is 60 hz. Should probably by something else to make it works.
