I've only tried once to print an email online and ended up coping letter and pasting it to my office program and printing it from there. I haven't downloaded Cloud but I guess I will have to in order to print internet things. I deleted the the thing in the corner that took forever to load but other then those things it works as advertized. It was easy to set up and works fine other then the aforementioned things.

The ink cartridges are outrageously priced! Even the remanufactured cartridges!

This printer is really good for the price. It prints well and is very easy to set up. The only draw back is that the ink cartridges cost more than the printer
