This was a filler purchase, and didn't actually charge from day one. It wasn't worth my creating an incident for it, as ultimately I just leave it permanently plugged in with an old phone attached to it to act as a wall clock. It was a clearance item, and while svelt in its design, it never did work for me (but again, it just wasn't worth starting an incident over essentially a filler item).
