Some laptops come with USB-C pots these days without the consideration for previous peripherals acquired by potential users over their dive into the consumption of IT products. This item came in handy to ensure that I did not have to throw away my USB 3.1 flash drives. It works great so far and I am impressed about the cost-affordability. Whether it continues to perform optimally over time, um, I cannot say at this point.

Great product. Shipping by Fedex substandard. Package arrived crushed and was left on front step. Although not stolen, it was a target for "Porch Pirates". Had no issues in the past with Canada Post. Packages arrived in good condition and place in mail box if they fit or placed inside front porch.
