    I did not receive the correct product. They sent the 933 ink instead of 933XL I paid more for less... I sent a reimbursement request and got no answer from customer service

      Le noir ne fonctionnait pas et on m a dit que c est à cause de mon imprimante. Le service à la clientèle très désagréable.
