I had researched this product extensively before purchasing. So far, it has lived up to all expectations for printing (colour & B&W), scanning, & copying (haven't used fax capability yet). Manufacturer's product aside, price and delivery from ShopperPlus/123InkCartridges were outstanding, providing the most competitive price and prompt/efficient delivery I could expect, especially for the latter since I didn't have to rely upon a local retailer having inventory and having to lug the printer home. Having previously ordered toner from 123InkCartidges for a prior printer, I am now committed to this online vendor!

Considering all points except speed this is the best printer money can buy. If you want a DEPENDABLE easy to use, quiet, inexpensive to maintain, and easy to repair, this printer and it's stable mates 9330/9130 are all you need. A genius designed this printer and an honourable company built it. We've replaced all our our Xerox 85/86 series with these and have never looked back. Dave Sharp.
