I am their customer for quite a number of years. Very satisfied, nothing to complain. They have record of all of my previous orders. It is easy to see what I ordered before. Great bang for your buck. Had to pay half as much for just one cartridge at the big box business store as my order had not arrive. Still the big black does not empty fully on these before my printer says its empty and needs to be changed.
