      I love the price of the product and the quick shipping. This was our first order and so far so good. The only minor complaint I have is that the ink smudges when printing on label paper. This isn't a huge deal as the files are just for in house, but the name brand ink never did that. I also asked a question through Customer Support and their response was quick and helpful. Overall I will continue to order through this site.
