    Each was a perfect match to the OEM cartridges I replaced. There was an issue with the printer recognizing the yellow when I replaced the old one but five minutes with customer service and she knew I had to reset the printer at the cartridge and all was well again. Saved me the time it would have taken to send out a new one. Everything is working great.

        Great value for the price. Overall very happy. Have ordered this package several times. Occasional "leaky" cartridge, but still very satisfied.

            Never had problems before but this time the yellow cartridge did not work. Thankfully tech services helped diagnose the trouble and are replacing the faulty cartridge.
