Bad service in shoppeeplus.ca!

Ma boîte était toute défaite et tapée à son arrivée et l’es paquet de feuille les enveloppe à moitié déchirées

I order 2 packages and the wrapping on both was open some of the paper were crinkled.

The paper corners always arrive damaged (bent). It appears that the paper boxes are man-handled during the delivery process and thrown around (perhaps in a truck) which damages the corners of the paper. Many sheets of paper had to be put in the recycle container. The last time that I complained we were provided with a $5.00 discount or some different amount thereabouts. I prefer to receive undamaged paper. We will not order paper from your company again.

Box and paper was destroyed and I was offered a refund of 10%. Don't buy it
