I purchased for my friend’s HP Envy printer. Although it should be compatible according to the information provided (HP 65XL), we cannot by-pass the error message when installing this cartridge. I researched troubleshooting steps and none worked. Something listed as compatible should not be this difficult to use. And right now it is just sitting beside her printer.

This printer cartridge did not work in my HP 3755 printer. Printer shows error reading. Waste of money.

I received a bad batch of ink. The black isn’t black but brown and the blues are pink. See the original digital photo and the later picture I printed off make a card. I’m trying to use up this batch of ink but am limited to the pictures that I can use.
