Dual-Motor Height Adjustable Sit-to-Stand Desk Riser Frame - Electric - White
Bought one in 2019 and need another for my partner's WFH setup. They've made some slight changes to it since the 2019 version. 1) the feets are now more square-edge instead of being rounded, 2) the motors sound different; a little quieter than before, 3) the current version uses a 2-prong plug instead of 3, 4) the cable management tray is now a single piece instead of two smaller trays (which I prefer); the new tray design feels a bit cheaper and less flexible in terms of how you want to hide the cables.
I purchased 3 tables and put a 1" x 24" x 48" table top on each. Then I butted them up to each other to use as a sewing/quilting desk. I love that it goes lower than most tables because I am able to lower the table enough so that it is level with the other 2 when I have my acrylic insert on my machine. In the picture, one table is at 25" and the other tables are at 29". The whole thing now acts as a large flat bed sewing surface and I do not have to hunch over to sew. I can also raise or lower all the tables to change their use to stand up sewing, or making them all the same height for laying out designs, etc. So versatile! One small problem was that the feet extend out 3/4" farther than the table top, so I couldn't butt them together without raising one of the tables so that the feet overlap each other (see picture). I used hockey pucks to raise the table by 1".
I have ordered six of these bases for our office. Each one is sturdy and able to support the weight of three monitors and all of our accessories. We had to contact support to reset one, and with a couple of emails, they were able to help us and get it working again. I highly recommend these.
I ordered this frame to attach to an ikea desktop. It easily handles the 160cm 80cm Trotten table top. When it's fully raised there might be a little bit of wobble if you really try to move it but under normal use of typing or using your mouse or doing most normal desk activities there is very little movement. The frame was easy to assemble and it came with all the hardware. It even came with screws to attach a desktop to. As long as you follow the instructions you shouldn't have much trouble. The memory setting works well. I'm not sure if there is any collision detection feature as I wasn't able to reproduce it. The hardware feels solid. It comes with a wire managing tray beneath that some people may find useful. I wish it had a child lockout feature though.
Super buy! work like a charm.
Amazing riser frame, great build and quality. The frame can go low enough to help support your child’s ergonomics. This is the best riser frame to help with your ergonomics. I would buy this again and recommend to others.
