    I’m so regretting this purchase. The desk hasn’t worked since I got it two weeks ago and customer service is horrible. Not to mention there’s a big motor part to this desk the pics don’t show which makes using a glass top for this an issue (the motor is to screw into the desktop so you can’t do that with glass). Now they won’t issue a return, they delay moving forward by asking for pics instead of just sending a new part or better yet, a new item at least so I can send the none working one back. The agents can’t make a move without talking to a “technician” and provide bad customer service (promise one thing in thenphone but the emails confirm none of it) and the wait times to call are long (no wonder since you have to keep calling to get anywhere). I reported that the replacement part sent didn’t work on Monday, it’s Friday and I’m not further ahead. The item also went on sale a week later and they wouldn’t give a price adjustment, just stupid store credit. Or let me return the broken one so I could reorder the sale one. I will never ever order from here again. Don’t waste your time. Worst online purchase ever.

      Je n'ai pas encore réussi à le faire fonctionner. Le bouton UP ne fonctionne pas. Je dois défaire et refaire le montage même s'il me semble que tout a été monté et vérifié.
