I ordered a lot that is good but recently started to arrive as a bent fram, no time to return it, please consider the packing and delivery carrier.

As mentioned by others, instructions are horrendous. Small stainless screws -> fans, Black self-tapping -> rails, Bigger stainless screws -> everything else. Once you figure that out, it's extremely easy to assemble. The rack itself is extremely sturdy and of great quality. This product would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that it's actually 13 3/4 deep instead of the advertised 14 1/2.

Poor instruction, ok quality & design. YouTube video of this product is a joke. It does not show the beginning of how to mount everything together

Each side panel has 2 locks and unfortunately , the one that we received, 2 locks were damaged ( on one side ) one lock was completely off the panel I tried to fix it but no success , I have to reorder a new one and return this one . It seems I received an open box or returned item , many packing types on the box, this caused us delay on installation date ...
