Lightweight Wheelchair Transport Chair With Swing Away Footrests, 18" Seat - LIVINGbasics®
This is a good deal. I would say it is the equal of a $350 chair I almost bought, but this one has hand brakes that connect to the wheel brake levers with a fiendishly complex mechanical whatzit and you get a bag of tiny wheels on stalks to prevent the chair from flipping backwards. I can't figure out how to install them, but I'm still impressed. The chair arrived with it's box, rather than in it, and a piece of plastic was gouged out of the armrest assembly. I'll write the customer service folks and see what happens.
Excellent quality. We are enjoying the Lightness yet durability this wheelchair is giving us. I am on here to order an extra one to keep one in the car and one in the house. Thank you
I''ve yet to use it outdoors but it was delivered in a timely manner and works well in our condo as the ads. suggest. Hope to use it more extensively outdoors as weather improves in spring.
Wonderful wheelchair. We live in a 2 bedroom appartement so we had to learn how to menuver it through tight places.
Very happy with this transport wheelchair for my Mother, as I am able to lift it into my trunk of my compact car. It fit quite nicely and now I can take her to appointments, shopping and day trips with greater ease than her walker. The removable foot rest and hand brakes are a great asset.
I have it since a bit more than a week, and so far, even if I don't need it anymore, it's so comfortable for my back pain, it's got me sitting very straight, which is the best thing for me. I love it so much, that I replace my kitchen chair with this one permanently and if I need it as a wheel chair again, there it is. I've been falling down many times in the last two years, so for me, that chair is really what I needed.
