I bought these cartridges to replace my old used up, HP Cartridges. I bought them because of price and thought as indicated would work with my printer seeing as the cartridges are meant for the make and model. Everything fits, however, the printer is not happy. Seems the chips on the cartridges are not compatible with HP printers.

There was an issue with one of the toners; we're in the process of getting it replaced though; they were were very attentive about that.

Very poor quality product. I will never purchase OEM product again as this has done nothing but leak all over my printer and put streaks on page after page of printed paper after 2.5 months in the printer. The black was not bad but the color cartridges were absolutely horrible. Unable to produce professional documents with the streaks on them.
