This product has been completely useless for me. for it to work, ideally you need to install it at the top of the fridge. also, the top of the fridgr and the fridge door needs to be at the same level. it will only work for single door refrigerators. you need to install one per door for two door refrigerators. I am docking leaves because the website does not have enough information detailing how the child lock is to be used. I also purchased the childlock for closets from this website and that one is a much superior product.
