Sturdier than I expected. I gave it to my girl for Christmas last year and it is still in awesome shape! I love watching her tear across the room and leaping on it, making it skid across the floor. Added bonus is that she doesn’t chew it, like the last on, probably because is about 1.5 inches thick.

This is my second purchase of this item. My cat loves it so much that I want to have a spare on hand for when she finally claws through it. Very durable, she has had the first scratcher for over a year and it is still going. She enjoys sitting in the curve and watching over us like the little queen she is.
