    First impression is good - the build quality seems great, metal hinges, soft pads. Once on your head you notice the great initial comfort. However the pads don't seem to swivel outwards, so if the cups are extended too much and you have a narrow head, then they don't provide enough pressure around the ears for a complete isolation. Then you flip the ANC switch to ON and you will notice that they produce a lot of hissing (white noise). If no music is playing, you basically hear something that can be described as constant wind or river noise. Once paired to my iPhone, I noticed that the lowest volume is still a bit too loud when in a fairly quiet surrounding. It looks like when you turn the volume below 10% the headphones go silent (maybe my unit is defective?). If connected to my PC then I can lower the volume from there, since the volume buttons on the headphones do not affect the system volume level, unless in headset mode, which is meant for conversations, and not music listening. The sound quality is decent with ANC OFF. It does sound pretty muffled and not very "wide" when compared with a pair of headphones such as Audio Technica ATH-M50. Once the ANC is ON, they stop sounding muffled and become "wider", but the sound quality becomes mediocre - almost like listening to your songs through FM radio. The ANC does a good job filtering out the ventilation noise present in the room, so I'm assuming that it would also do a great job on an airplane (to be tested soon), but the downside is the amount of white noise introduced which to overcome requires increasing the volume. You do get used to the sound signature with either ANC on or off after listening for a while, but you will miss the sound quality, something that immediately becomes apparent when switching to higher-quality headphones. Overall I would not really recommend these headphones for their sound quality, but I would for their practicality and decent ANC provided you manage to ignore the constant audible hissing when on low volume, or in the more quite parts of your music.

      I bought two of them but it won't pass one year, battery die and you can not run it until it is connected with charging cable. Quality of battery used is questionable

        Headphones are not made for an average sized head. Adjusted to max, they still barely fit my head and only in certain positions with the arm forward more to the front of my head than I would like. So if you are an adult male with an average sized head, I wouldn't recommend buying these as they physically won't fit comfortably. With noise cancelling enabled the sound quality is crap including a hissing noise that everyone else has described and less bass/mids. So don't buy them for noise cancelling. Noise cancelling off, sound quality is about what you'd expect from headphones in this price range. Confusing bluetooth connection notices. When turning off the headset it says "disconnected" followed by "powering off". Why would they make them do this? Just turn them off so the user isn't confused. They do take a while to fully charge, so be patient. Overall, if the fit was better (the arms should extend more) then I'd give this a higher rating but on that alone, I can't recommend. I contacted support regarding this and their response was pretty much "no one else has complained, no refunds."

          Have owned these headphones for a few months. Worked well in the beginning, but I am not having problems charging the battery. I have to charge multiple times to get full charge. The charging indicator goes from red to blue to red again if I unplug the usb charging cable. I have to do this multiple times to try to get a full charge. Worse yet, after I've fully charged the headphones, it keeps saying "battery low" when I've just fully charged it. It's really annoying because it interrupts my music listening experience. I went from loving these headphones to hating them.
