I installed the cartridge and had virtually no printing whatsoever. Was confused and it was a Sunday(of course) so put in a msge to support. Checking google it told me to check the print heads for clogging...but I've only been waiting a couple days for ink? Cleaned the print heads FIVE times before it started to print but prints well now and this ink works great. Lesson learned....if you empty the cartridge and have to wait for ink, ALWAYS clean the printheads after installing a new cartridge. Shipping was fast and I'm very happy with my purchase and the reasonable price. Thanks 123Ink!

Although I haven't used this recent purchase yet, I will when I need it! I always keep one on hand as they work well. As I use black ink most of the time, it's great to have a spare! Good quality and high yield!

Unfortunately this ink did not last long in our Epson WF we print less than 15 sheets a day and it lasted about 5 working days. I returned this product. and had excellent customer service.
